[vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) regulate the legal relationship between the purchaser (hereinafter “buyer” and Zalaba Design AG (hereinafter ”ZD”). Immediately upon the buyer confirming any purchase from ZD shall render these terms as accepted by the buyer continuing to purchase online or via purchase order form.
- Orders
Immediately upon the buyer confirms a purchase online or via purchase order form shall be deemed as an acceptance of offer and as such shall bind the render the transaction binding between ZD and the buyer. Their order is dispatched only after monetary entrance on our account. We will inform you with regard to the delivery expenses and delivery time.
- Objects/goods
The objects/goods offered are rendered as best as possible; the same is true of their condition. The objects/goods are described based on “today’s” knowledge, including all relevant details.
- Prices
Deliveries made in Switzerland and Italy does not include the statutory value-added tax. In each case the price shown online shall apply.
- Delivery
Deliveries are executed on behalf of buyer from Lombardia Italy. Delivery costs are not included in the price given by ZD.
- Overseas shipping
Deliveries overseas are subject to import duties, taxes and rates which shall be borne by the buyer.
- Method of payment
Payment is made via credit card, bank transfer or cash. ZD will deliver the ordered product(s) once payment has been received in full.
- Non-acceptance
In the event of unjustifiable non-acceptance regarding the objects/goods delivered by us, we will invoice any of the costs incurred. Our right to demand performance of the purchase agreement shall in remain intact.
- Exchange
Objects cannot be exchanged or returned. For exceptions, see “Complaints”.
- Complaints
Exchange is possible only in cases of wrong deliveries, damaged furniture or pieces with production faults ordered online or via purchase order form. A copy of the invoice must be attached to any goods that are returned. If goods are damaged while in transport, you must file a complaint within 30 days. Otherwise, any claim that you may have had expires. Goods cannot be returned on account of the buyer’s not liking them.
- Warranty
Liability for replacement deliveries is limited for objects/goods delivered, because each object or article is a customized item. Claims for rescinding the agreement or reducing the purchase price shall be excluded.
Objections due to damage to the objects can be submitted only within 48 hours. If an examination of the objects reveals that the damage is due to the negligent actions of the buyer (e.g., damage by improper handling), the buyer shall be liable.
- All data will be kept confidential.
- Jurisdiction
Our business activities shall be solely subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich.
